I hope this article gives everyone the motivation to participate in a little change that stretches a long way for the sake of all of us. I call it the sane paper! yes I know, it’s just extra work, but this little extra will bring out the good. Feel free to download it and use it. It is well known world widely that documentation in advanced health sectors shifted from manual to electronic in order to in line with paper less documentation which is very helpful for monitoring and auditing for quality purpose and to minimise documentation times me avail enough times for nursing care. I invite every body to read about technology role and how it impacts nurses Job and manage their time.
